Unless exempt from lead mitigation, all Landlords must now register on line with DOH. $50 per month per unit if not registered. $125 per month per unit if not in compliance with lead mitigation. In order to register, you must have your lead certificates. The new requirements allow tenants to withhold their rent for non-compliance.
