DESCRIPTION:This is a 60 minute yoga class suitable for beginners. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. If you dont have one\, Job Lot is right next door\, where you can grab one inexpensively. Wear comfy clothes that you can move around in. Be prepared to do some light abdominal work\, bodyweight resistance and stretching. You’ll leave feeling strong and invigorated! \nAshley Sarji is passionate about sharing different forms of movement with the world. She feels called to help others realize the benefits of yoga\, in particular. She will complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with David Vendetti in March.
